Here is what happens to information reaching Fortify 24x7 through this storefront, and to information the security products generate once they are running. It is written to actually be read, which means being specific about what each kind of line collects instead of gesturing at categories.
Revision dated 24 August 2026Fortify 24x7 runs this storefront under the EagleTech Innovations name. It decides how information reaching us here, and information produced by the services you buy, gets handled. Every use of we below means Fortify 24x7.
Anything on this page you want explained goes to support@eagletechinnovations.com, where a human reads it.
This storefront is deliberately dull. No advertising pixels, no profile assembled about your visit, no marketing scripts borrowed from anybody.
Stripe runs the checkout. The card number, its expiry, and the code on the back are typed on a page belonging to Stripe. None of those values are transmitted to this site, displayed to us, or written to our systems at any point.
What returns to us is the minimum an account needs: an email address, a business name, which lines and how many, whether the subscription is healthy, and the reference Stripe uses for the customer and the subscription.
These services are operated on your behalf, so we necessarily handle what the enrolled systems produce. The detail depends on which lines you own.
All of it is handled on your instruction, to deliver what you bought. We do not mine it for our own ends and it is not for sale. That is a standing position, not a promise we intend to revisit once the market changes.
Raise a case, whether in the portal or by mail, and its subject, its description, the notes our engineers add, and any files attached are kept in our service management system, so the history of a problem travels with the problem.
A managed service runs on other people's platforms, each handling data for us under contract. They are named here so you can go and read their own notices.
Past that list, disclosure happens only where law compels it of us. Personal information is never sold, and it is never handed over to fuel advertising that follows people between sites.
Records tied to your account and your billing stay while the subscription lives, then for as long as tax rules and accounting practice oblige. Security telemetry follows the retention attached to the line you bought, which appears on the relevant specification sheet or gets agreed while scoping. Backup data follows the policy you chose.
Closing an account is a conversation: tell us, and we will confirm in writing what goes and when it goes. Timings for destroying backup data depend on the platform holding it, so you get the specific answer for your configuration rather than a general reassurance.
Depending where you live, you may be entitled to see what is held about you, to corrections, to erasure, or to object to particular handling. Ask, and we will work through it with you. There is no charge for asking and no consequence for having asked.
Where we handle material as a processor for a business customer, staff of that business should raise requests with their own employer first. We will help that employer answer.
Engineers reach customer environments only where their work requires it, our own sign in demands more than a password, and what gets done inside a customer tenant is logged. Read that as a description of how we work, not as a guarantee that nothing will ever go wrong. A provider promising the latter is selling you something.
A material change to this notice moves the revision date at the top. Where the change alters how we treat information you have already given us, account holders hear from us directly rather than being left to notice.
